Dior Couture by Patrick Demarchelier

Patrick Demarchelier (whose work is regularly featured in leading magazines including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Vanity Fair, and many others) is one of my favorite photographers (he’s been an icon on fashion photography since the 1970s) and this book is coming out just in time for the holidays and is going to be gorgeous darling, just gorgeous. Dior Couture immortalizes one of the most stand out and iconic couture houses in the world and is a book that anyone in their right mind will want for their book collection.

This book is a portfolio of over one hundred iconic gowns for the entire era of Christian Dior haute couture, including dresses designed by Dior himself and those of his successors, Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, and John Galliano.and would make a lovely addition to my ever growing collection of fashion books. So, anyone loving me a lot may want to add this to their “TO DO LIST” for the holidays, I’m just saying…

You love me don’t you?
