Hello there little lovelies… I must say TOPSHOP is usually pretty on the money for me most of the time and these are just another 3 reasons why I will stay loyal to my little British heart throb. 

The tangerine color is ridiculously bomb, great for summer, awesome transition into fall wardrobe with tights, wool socks, knee highs, etc… as well as the black w/gold and the nude, always great staples for any wardrobe. The ankle strap is just another sexy tidbit, that makes them that much more dope. I mean what kinda girl doesn’t love an ankle strap? Very flirtatious and the style and colors are ones that will last you more than just one season. 

Now hmm… which pair do you buy? One? Or all three? Well, 3 is my favorite number after all… 🙂 🙂 🙂

These are some bad a$$ shorts by Mara Hoffman. As usual, she comes correct with the style, prints and fabric just in time for summer. This woman has got it down packed when it comes to the prints people, on e’rything and e’rything, from swimsuits to shades, to shorts. Mara Hoffman always gets it right on the money. 

These shorts are a prime example of how she is constantly one step ahead of the game when it comes to styles and takes it up a notch, always. So, if you’re tempted to live a little on the dangerous side when it comes to fashion, stay abreast of Mara Hoffman every season and she won’t ever let you veer off your fashion course to fab and fresh style. 

A little retro for that a**… literally.

Ok, so I love me some summer time, I mean who doesn’t? So summer is in the midst of us here in Cali-for-ni-a at the moment, well the weather is teasing us I should say… but we’re getting there. So, being that the sun is shining waiting to bring in the heat, what are we thinking of all these latest high waisted bikinis and swimsuits? I’m kinda diggin’ em. 

So, to test my desire, I started off with the tradition black bottoms from American Apparel… and I was shocked. The fit on the rump was quite to my liking. So, for all you bootylicious babes out there, I definitely would recommend trying these bottoms out if you’re feelin’ this new trend in swim suits. 

The models below, of course minus the AA girls, don’t really do the suits justice… so sorry skinnies who always fit in e’rything… this cut of suit just might not be for you… unless you got some hip action going on… that is kinda a deal breaker with me and these suits, there needs to be some curvature going on in the booty-tang section of yo baaaaaady… just my opinion.

So what-da-ya-think? Should we give these high waisted numbers a yay or nay? I’m going with yay, because my butt loves em, loves em long time. If you don’t believe her… just ask.

So FRESH and So Clean…Clean…

I know these have been out for a hot minute, but I am IN LOVE with this color. The MINT GREEN is so fresh and so clean, ooh ya baby. 

Jeffrey Campbell never ceases to amaze me coming out with hit after hit after hit. The trends are simple, without being totally outrageous for the most part, so are great investment shoes that will last quite a while in your shoe collection, which is what my pocket absolutely loves. 

I just adore these bootie meets loafer creations and love it from Summer to transition into Fall.

I LOVE ME SOME Betsey Johnson. All my girls know this and know it well. Yes, I will be the one with the leopard print and tutu prom dress with gold fabulous heels on when I’m 80. That will be me. 

I used to live in the same neighborhood as her in NY and I would see her here and there and almost DIE. I always wanted to say something, anything, but she really is a quick one that BJ. She moves fast people. So, without seeming like a freak or a total stalker I would give up chase. 

I do desperately admire her creative spirit and soul. She sticks true to who she is at heart and really doesn’t give a F@%K who likes it. I love that. I truly, truly love that. You don’t see that in the world anymore as much, let alone… dare I say… FASHION. 

These swim suits are a tried and true example of that spirit, in true Betsey fashion, literally. The prints, the cuts, the style, amazing. There is no way you can put these on and be in a bad mood, her clothes just won’t allow it and to this day without every getting to actually meet her (even though I worked there for a stint as well) I in my heart of hearts believe that is her motto.
